Trixie Cruz-Angeles, inihain na nila ang Motion for Production of Judicial Documents ng biktima. Ayon kay Atty. Angeles, may 5 araw pa ang aantayin bago makapag desisyon ang korte kung papayagang makuha nila ang records. Sa ngayon inihain pa lamang sa korte ang motion.

Sa mahigit tatlo at kalahating taon na nanalagi si “Mila” sa DSWD sa taong 2008 hangang 2011, siya ay nagpasyang umalis sa pangangalaga ng ahensiya sa kadahilanang na “dismiss” ang kanyang kaso ng wala siyang sapat na kaalaman sa kung anong nangyari sa paglilitis ng kanyang kaso.

The DOJ Secretary is bristling at what she imagines is the temerity of former Palawan Governor Joel Reyes’ suit against her for contempt.

MANILA -- Pagadian City Mayor Samuel Co is confident that he will be cleared of charges linking him to the multi-billion investment scam of the defunct Aman Futures Group Philippines, Inc., his lawyer said Wednesday.
Speaking to reporters, lawyer Trixie Angeles denied reports that her client is allegedly trying to bribe the prosecutors handling the preliminary investigation by asking them to downgrade the syndicated estafa cases against him.
